Mind games and a tragic past come into play as John is introduced to Charles Harper during his first day on the job in a Psychiatric unit where things aren't always what they seem. John is tasked with getting Charles to the dinning hall for lunch, but through mental manipulation, dark past and secrets are brought to the light.
